Psychotherapy and counseling services in austin, texas
The hope at Newfield Therapy is to foster a hospitable and accepting environment for clients. We cultivate an open space to examine life with fresh eyes, to notice coping strategies that no longer work, and begin forming new ways of being. Here one can expect honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and a steady place to work through what feels heavy or unclear.
We often have the honor of witnessing surrender, transformation, and freedom for the individuals, couples, and families we see.
The therapeutic process is about slowing down, finding clarity in the patterns of one’s life, making sense of what matters most, and discovering grounded ways to move forward.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
